 Aquarobics

Why not come along and join us for our aquarobics programs on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30am with instructor Carolyn Turnham. 

Many people today are experiencing ever increasing levels of stress at work and at home, resulting in a large variety of stress related conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, migraine and chronic body aches and pains.

Aquarobics although gentle on the joints is a very effective way to work the entire body, using movements against the restrictions of the water.  This movement in the water also massages the muscles, reducing pain, tightness and tension while improving strength and muscle tone.
