Mick Lang Cross Training - Boxfit - Core
Cross Training - This is a unique class using different training concepts including, strength and conditioning crossfit, bootcamp and caveman training. It is a high intensity class, but can be scaled to cater for all ages and fitness levels. Every class is different, so you wont get BORED as you don't know what to except until you start.
BOXFIT - Is a fun class using basic boxing techniques and combinations, with a body weight exercise with a few knee and kicks thrown in.
CORE - Finish the week off with a core workout. This will target the inner and outer core muscles. This class will get the heart rate up as well as strengthening your core muscles for overall performance and functional movement.
