Evolvefitness sessions combine elements of crossfit and Bootcamp with the new and exciting suspension training. Providing and participant with fitness outcomes they never thought possible. From beginners to advanced. Classes cater to everyone's fitness needs.
WHAT IS SUSPENSION TRAINING?
Suspension training uses a participants own bodyweight whilst developing Strength ,Power, Endurance, Mobility , Balance and Core Stability.
The fitness tool used during these classes combine gravity and your own bodyweight, providing you with the unlimited exercise that can be modified to cater for any age group or fitness level.

THURSDAYS 5:30PM - 6:30PM

CROSS TRAINING - This is a unique class using different training concepts including, Strength and conditioning crossfit, bootcamp and caveman training. It is a high intensity class, but can be scaled to cater for all ages and fitness levels. Every class is different, so you wont get BORED as you don't no what to expect until you start.
BOXFIT - Is a fun class using basic boxing technique and combinations, with body weight exercise with a few knees and kicks thrown in.
CORE - Finish the week of with a core workout. This will target the inner and outer core muscles. This class will get the heart rate up as well as strengthening your core muscles for overall performance and functional movement.
